General Policy
SST&C wants you to be pleased with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of saleable merchandise in original condition within 14 days of purchase date accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandises are returned between 15~28 days after purchase will be offered an exchange or store credit. All Merchandises must be returned UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UN-PERFUMED or DEFECTIVE with all original tags attached.  SST&C only accepts a one-time exchange or return.

The condition for Returns:

●        The refunds meet all return criteria will be equal to the amount of the price paid and in the original form of tender.

●        Returns and Exchanges that DO NOT meet All Return Criteria are subject a PARTIAL REFUND, or denial.

●        Receipts, whether in hard copy or email, or customer names, are crucial for all refunds.  It is required for the transaction to be found from our system.

●        Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.

When the cash refund occurs, there are two options for the customer. One is the refund will go to the customer’s credit card or debit card. The other one is the customer will receive a company issued a check. When there are insufficient funds in the cash drawer, SST&C can only issue company checks.

 Promotion Bundle Purchase Exchange of Refunds

SST&C can only accept returns of Bundle purchases as a whole transaction.  Customers may exchange particular products as long as the exchange is at the same price or higher.

Price Adjustments

We will process a one-time price adjustment for in-store purchases, when the price of an item has been reduced and an original receipt is presented within 10 days of the purchase date.  Price adjustments are refunded in the same tender as the original purchase. 

Outlet Return
SST&C OUTLET will gladly accept any equal or greater valued exchange of merchandise in original condition within 30 days of Final Sale date accompanied by an original receipt. Item must be exchanged UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UN-PERFUMED or DEFECTIVE with all original tags attached. 
SST&C only accepts a one-time exchange.
